the review: leftovers

I know what you are thinking. What could I possibly write about leftovers? Am I right? Ok, so maybe we didn’t have leftovers last night. Maybe we had what I like to call kitchen sink clean out. It’s where we take all of the vegetables in the fridge, add a little protein (whatever is handy - last night, we used chicken), and mix it together in a nice sauté. Serve it with rice and teriyaki sauce. Or with pesto and pasta. Or season it with whatever you have and serve it over a potato with some cheese. Whatever you do, you can’t fail. This is colorful and good.

As for me, I’ll take the potato almost every time.
