the menu: week of november 9

I had the best menu planned for this week. Then I deleted it. Or lost it. Or I don’t know. But I had to go back to the drawing board. That’s ok. I’m sure this is better. Also, we ended up eating baked potatoes instead of enchiladas last week, so I’m putting baked potatoes on your menu while we eat a nice batch of enchiladas on Monday night.

Monday. Kitchen Sink Baked Potatoes 

Tuesday. Salmon and Brussels Sprouts with Lemon and Thyme 

Wednesday. Pad See Yew 

Thursday. Rustic Bread Pizzas 

Friday. Croque Monsier and Simple Green Salad
