I feel like a cheater. There was a lot of cooking involved this week, but not tonight. And do you know what my daughter said? "Oh, mom. I love this." Start to finish in 30 minutes.
This may not the best dinner that you'll ever have, but it is good. I keep a big jar of pesto from Costco in the freezer for just this type of occasion.
