I read three short posts online last week that I am still thinking about. Ok, so one of them I just read on Friday, but you know, I have a short attention span so it’s kind of amazing that I can still remember anything before right now. You might think that these three posts have nothing to do with each other, but in my mind, they are totally linked. I’ve been thinking a lot about how to work and when to work lately. (And by “lately”, I mean for the past four years).

I have not always been a scrapbooker. In fact, my husband still calls it “crap booking”. But seven years ago, I decided to open a paper store in our cute little town. Oh, and it took FOREVER. Seriously, we almost didn’t have dinner. That half of a batch of dough that I froze over the weekend made 90 mini heart cookies. I have no idea what I was thinking taking this on this afternoon.

Adorable little red and white striped bags to put them in for each kid…I’m still working on it. Fortunately, the party isn’t until Thursday and I had time to get a test-run in before giving my kids’ classmates something totally inedible.
